God is Specific

Do all paths lead to God?  Do people all worship the same God though he may be called by different names.  Consider this:
I am Yahweh, and there is none else.
Besides me, there is no God.
I will strengthen you, though you have not known me;
that they may know from the rising of the sun,
and from the west, that there is none besides me.
I am Yahweh, and there is no one else.
(Isaiah 45:5-6)
This is part of a direct statement God made, as prophesied by Isaiah, to a pagan king named Cyrus.  God is quite particular that he wants people to know who he is.  He isn't satisfied with being ill-defined, a notion that is so attractive to postmodern folks today.

Jesus said:
  Jesus said to [Philip], "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. (John 14:6)
Not vague, is he?  Try this on for size:
Whoever has the Son has spiritual life. Whoever does not have God's Son does not have spiritual life. (1 John 5:12)
Or this:
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. We know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. (1 John 5:19-20)
Not vague at all.
